People can expect "fine dining" food in a casual public setting at Zazu. "We do a lot of different comfort foods from around the United States and a couple of different ones from around the world. "We make everything from scratch that we can, and we use as much local produce as we can." For the restaurant's produce, Zazu has partnered with Opelika Grows, Alabama Seafood Co., and Oakview Farms Granary.
