It was 1999, and Walter Fritts saw an opportunity to bring a good restaurant to Jacksonville, Alabama, where there weren't many options. He wanted to make it a place where everyone could come and have fun while also getting good fresh food. He'd mix all of his favorite flavors from his road trips throughout the southeast.
