Fix Long Beach

Fix Long Beach was created in 2013 with the goal of reducing the number of unwanted cats and dogs entering shelters by providing free spay and neuter services to those who could not otherwise afford them. We've been able to spay and neuter over 12,000 pets since 2013. While our primary goal is to spay and neuter, we have also rescued and placed hundreds of dogs and cats with loving families.

We used to provide a monthly or bi-weekly mobile spay and neuter clinic in Long Beach parks. We were able to spay and neuter over 50 cats and dogs at each clinic. Vaccinations, flea medicines, nail trims, and free microchips were all available at a reasonable cost.
