Mary Grossman was a single mother raising her kid in 1978 when she and her daughter decided to relocate to Huntington Beach, California. She noticed an opportunity to buy a little pet store there. She had one part-time groomer at the time and was working seven (7) days a week, starting at 7:00 a.m. from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Mary's business blossomed into a highly successful pet grooming and retail operation after many long hours of hard labor. Mary's dedication to the greatest level of excellence drove her to seek out the best materials available. Her search ended when she met scientist Joseph Meeks, and the two collaborated to develop formulations that produced medications that were both safe and beneficial for pets.
