Emerald City Pet Rescue was established in 2013 by Vivian Goldbloom with the goal of rescuing abused, abandoned, and homeless animals from overcrowded shelters around the nation. With the goal of expanding the rescue, we created our retail location. All sales from our location benefit the rescue. We take great pride in both our education and animal care.
