Rollin relocated to Los Angeles in 2008 to pursue an acting career after growing up in Bondurant, Iowa. He met Zack Grey, the inventor and owner of The Urban Pet, while moonlighting as a bartender at the Arclight Theaters. Rollin was brought on board by Zack when he required an assistant due to their shared passion of animals. Since then, he's been studying Zack's tactics through positive and motivating training alongside him.
