While some restaurants have open dining rooms, others serve customers via the Drive Thru, Mobile Order & Pay on the McDonald's App, and McDelivery®. McDonald's is still committed to following the data and science, with safety as our number one priority. In response to the CDC's advice, regardless of vaccination status, crew and customers will be required to wear masks inside U.S. restaurants in areas with high or substantial transmission. Customers and crew who have not been vaccinated must always wear masks.
