It all began in 1981, when Bob Baumhower, a University of Alabama All-American and six-time All-Pro for the Miami Dolphins, decided to share his foodie passion with the world by introducing Buffalo-style chicken wings to the state of Alabama. What better place to lay the groundwork for the next chapter of his life than his old college campus? The first Baumhower restaurant opened in Tuscaloosa, AL, and the rest is history!
