Mellow Mushroom

Due to their perception of pizza baking as an art form and their desire to give others the opportunity to experience their creativity, the founders of Mellow Mushroom founded their first restaurant. There are six pet-friendly tables outdoors at Mellow Mushroom on Inverness Cors, so you may eat a specialty pie, calzone, hoagie, or salad there with Fido at your side. The Holy Shiitake Pie, which has a foundation of olive oil and garlic, shiitake, button, and portobello mushrooms, caramelized onions, mozzarella, and Mont Amore, and is finished with a garlic aioli swirl and a spritz of black truffle oil, is one of their most well-known pies.
