Phil Sandoval's Mexican Restaurante

Food is about passion and family tradition for me. Some of my favorite childhood memories include moments of laughter over gourmet meals prepared by my grandmother, mother, and aunts. Some mornings, I would get up earlier just to assist my grandmother in the kitchen. Spending time in the kitchen with her was one of the best things I've ever done. That family tradition is what first drew me to cooking.
