Sam & Greg's is a fast-casual, laid-back "eat local" family dining option. Samantha and Greg, both Huntsville residents, opened their first location in downtown Huntsville in 2007. To capitalize on their success, the couple opened a second location in Madison in 2014. What's not to love? Hand-tossed pizza with unique toppings like crawfish and andouille sausage, sandwiches, salads (even pizza salads! ), local craft brew, and homemade gelato and sorbet.
