Carter, DVM, has provided sensitive, customized attention and care to the families of Carmel, Fishers, Westfield, Zionsville, and beyond since establishing Carter Veterinary Medical Center in January 1991.Carter Veterinary Medical Center's aim is to provide the highest possible quality of life for our patients by providing the most compassionate and thorough care available.Our doctors and team will continue to educate our clients in order for them to have a better understanding of their pet's health requirements and preventative treatment.
