Best Friends Pet Clinic

Best Friends Pet Clinic, based in Fort Smith, Arkansas, was founded in 1995. Dorothy Preston, D.V.M., is the owner and operator. Canines, felines, snakes, lizards, turtles, hedgehogs, rats, hamsters, ferrets, sugar gliders, rabbits, chinchillas, and guinea pigs are all treated and cared for at our veterinary clinic. We offer all types of preventative, regular, and reproductive care. We do standard surgeries and are also capable of performing more urgent procedures. We have a special place in our hearts for older pets at Best Friends Pet Clinic. We recognize the challenges that older dogs face, such as dementia, incontinence, and diabetes, to mention a few, and the necessity of keeping track of and striving to enhance their overall quality of life.
