Dr. Sams established his own surgery business in the Bay Area of California in 1999. During those early years, he worked out of a number of well-known veterinary clinics in San Francisco and Marin counties.

Sams Clinic, a completely remodeled space to fulfill Dr. Sams vision, opened its doors in 2004. The goal has always been to deliver cutting-edge veterinary medicine with a focus on minimally invasive diagnosis and treatment. It was, and continues to be, critical that The Sams Clinic establish a welcoming atmosphere in which pet owners may feel assured that their animals are receiving the best possible care.
