Pet Urgent Care

Dr. Gilson is a 1986 graduate of the University of California at Davis and a native of Southern California. He went to Colorado State University for a small animal internship and North Carolina State University for a surgical residency. In 1992, he earned board certification from the American College of Veterinary Surgeons. Dr. Gilson has authored over 40 professional articles in the fields of surgery and cancer, as well as giving several talks at international, national, and regional conferences. Dr. Gilson continues to work in practice, academia, and research. Dr. Gilson enjoys skiing, sailing, traveling, and spending time with his family when he is not practicing veterinary care.
